Ky projekt ka për qëllim fuqizimin e të rinjve (15–21 vjeç) përmes zhvillimit të aftësive profesionale, ofrimit të informacionit mbi mundësitë e punësimit dhe promovimit të sipërmarrjes, si dhe përmes aktiviteteve sensibilizuese për angazhimin qytetar dhe zhvillimin lokal.
Projekti do të ofrojë një qasje gjithëpërfshirëse duke përfshirë trajnime dhe workshop-e mbi menaxhimin e kohës, përdorimin e mjeteve digjitale dhe aftësi tjera të kërkuara nga tregu i punës. Ai gjithashtu do të shpërndajë materiale informuese mbi punësimin, mbështetjen për të rinjtë dhe mënyrat për të nisur biznese të reja.
Përmes diskutimeve dhe aktiviteteve të organizuara, projekti do të nxisë angazhimin qytetar dhe pjesëmarrjen aktive të të rinjve në zhvillimin lokal. Përfitimet do të shfaqen në rritjen e aftësive profesionale dhe digjitale, qasjen në informacion socio-ekonomik dhe rritjen e ndërgjegjësimit për angazhim qytetar. Projekti do të përfaqësojë një hap të rëndësishëm drejt zhvillimit profesional, social dhe ekonomik të të rinjve në Gjakovë.
Ky projekt zbatohet nga Activism Roots në mbeshtetjen e Ministrit të Zhvillimit Rajonal.

This project aims to empower young people (ages 15–21) by developing their professional skills, providing information on employment opportunities, and promoting entrepreneurship, as well as through awareness activities that encourage civic engagement and local development.
The project will offer a comprehensive approach that includes trainings and workshops on time management, the use of digital tools, and other skills required by the labor market. It will also distribute informational materials on employment, youth support, and ways to start new businesses.
Through organized discussions and activities, the project will encourage civic engagement and the active participation of young people in local development. The benefits will be reflected in improved professional and digital skills, access to socio-economic information, and increased awareness of civic involvement.
The project represents an important step toward the professional, social, and economic development of youth in Gjakova.
