The joint project will strengthen the organization’s capacities and professionalism through the development of internal systems, financial management, and staff competencies. Ongoing trainings include project management, digital tools, and artificial intelligence. The project will also focus on developing the digital marketing strategy and redesigning the organization’s website.
This collaboration provides specialized expertise and international best practices to enhance efficiency, transparency, and long-term development. In addition, the project will help the organization standardize its work processes and improve internal collaboration.
